Put an AGENTS.md at the project root. Rules shared by all projects go in ~/.kcode/AGENTS.md.
What to write
Build and test commands, code style, directory conventions, and files not to touch. Prefer constraints that can be executed and verified.
Share with the team
Commit AGENTS.md with the code so every teammate's Zenwork follows the same conventions.
